I could not use your card in Ukraine. I will come to New York and I will definitely close this card. And I warned that I would use this card.
Too much security red tape

When the legit owner of the account vannot easily access his own data, I have a problem. Discover is far more cumbersome than other financial platforms I use regularly. Makes me tend to avoid Discover altogether.
Payments not being applied to my balance

I've made dozens of payments, I even got my deposit back yet my balance won't go down. Every payment gets a fee for being returned, only on their end. My bank is fine. Total rip off. Sad. I've had the fees reversed and credited several times and they just keep doing the same thing over again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SOMETIMES. I mean, obviously if I can prove the money was in my account then they credit it, why keep trying to pull the same scam? I'm not paying those fees and I'm close to filing a formal complaint . Several, if this does not stop and my money starts showing up!
Good but slow loading app

I have both a Discover and Bank of America checking accounts. The latter opens so much faster. I wish Discover was as fast loading as other mobile banking apps. Mind you I’m using the iPhone 13 Pro Max. This might seem trivial but it’s enough for me to consider switching to something like Chime, as I hear they have an excellent app.

If you thought about using their rewards debit card, DO NOT. Funds will take over a week to transfer for absolutely no reason. I initiated the transfer on Monday. They’ve shown as available in my account since Wednesday, it is now Friday and they are still “verifying my deposit”, and will not be able to be used until th following Monday. Customer service was not at all helpful in explaining why they take so long, just that they advise you of the time during the transfer. In the age of being able to pay $.25-$3 for instant transfers, this is absolutely unacceptable and I will be closing my account.

I had a 730 with TransUnion and a 728 with Equifax and I got approved for a $9500 limit. The app is awesome, the card looks like a mixtape from the 80s. It works with my Apple Pay. This is the best card I’ve ever had!

I’ve been with Discover Card for over 20 years. Someone’s always there to help when you need it. If you have any disputes with merchants and you fall the process they’ll take care of the rest. If I have one card Discover would be it.
Loading times/connectivity

Takes eons to load or open sometimes wont even complete. Needs to be fixed
