Constant errors with multiple views with multiple devices

This is a wonderful app when it works. Even after updating to 2.9.4, I am unable to use the app and get a constant message to reload as there was a problem fetching all my data. I’ve resorted to using the website as the app is now useless. I’ve tried uninstalling, reinstalling, logging out/in, everything. This is happening on iPhone and iPad.

Great for cataloging my collection, but it’s very outdated and slow. Has had an issue with failing to reload the app since I first downloaded it in 2019. Rarely ever gets an update, and when it does nothing gets changed. Probably why it’s so outdated. Just use the website if you can.
Needs a bad update

Loved the app until recently 12/11/21, where it’s deleting catalogs I have, and saying there’s “networking” errors whenever you click on stuff. Hope it gets fixed

I'm rather quite happy that I found this application, because now I can track my collection's value and not forget about some of the less played records in my collection.

It has stopped any loading of my lists or access to other information. I have cataloged a substantial collection to this site via this app over many years, and I recommend it to many collectors and friends. I use this app daily for purchases, research, and inventory. This is a catastrophic failure in functionality. Updates have not corrected the issues I’m hoping this will be corrected because I have never experienced failures like this in any other app and I’m a 13 year iPhone user. I would imagine this is having a devastating effect on sellers who rely on this site for sales and income. Get it together folks.

App no longer works past opening to the home screen. Can’t search anything. Can’t look at anything in my collection or wishlist. Literally cannot do anything past the home screen. So tell me again what purpose this app serves now??

The new update has really messed things up .I hope this will addressed soon. Best app by far when it’s working.
Search and profile currently broken

While searching it never shows results. It just loads forever. When I visit my profile it shows an error that it was not able to retrieve my information. Signing out and back in fixes it for a moment but then the errors come right back. This has been going on for about 3 days.
