What happened?!?

I bought this for my dinosaur loving child for Easter (2017) when he was just 2...everything worked great. I put the cards up so they wouldn’t get ruined as I thought this was something he would be able to use and learn from for years to come. Now here we are, July 6,2018, trying to use them again and it’s asking for a serial number. I have no idea where to find that (looking at another review it’s on the instruction card that came with it but it appears I no longer have that card) and now we can’t use the app. This is such a bummer and completely diminishes the appeal of these cards. What a disappointment. I rarely bother writing reviews but this warrants one. Smh. Unacceptable.

My son loves his dinosaurs but the app won’t open to read the cards!! The app had an update 2wks ago but apparently won’t work now! Please fix this issue

Loved this at first, but after updating it now won’t go past 20% in loading. Help.

Don’t know what everyone else is complaining about. I bought this for the kids and it works fine. My only complaint (and it’s a nitpick) is that it’s a bit feature bare. I never encountered the serial # issues that other users are worried about.

I try setting up this game for my little brother a first of all it was fine until it said I needed to put the serial number and I had but my screen stopped working and it crashed. Seconded we got it to work for the first time and we went into vr mode and instead of swing on whole thing, it showed two thing and it gave us a headache for the rest of the day. So please make minor improvements so this thing is more buying.

Hace un año le compré este juego a mi hijo por cosas del destino lo teníamos guardado sin usar , hasta ayer estamos batallando por que nos pide un número de serie y pues ni idea de donde esté necesito ayuda !
Apps would not even launch

Ordered the card from Amazon. Downloaded the apps and upon launching it, apps stuck at collecting data and would not move past 18%. Have to return the card. Such a disappointment.
App isn’t working...

Bought for my son and the app won’t even start. Sticks at 18% collecting data and I’ve deleted and reinstalled 5 times.

Can’t even get the app to load. Downloaded from the App Store, and every time I open the app it freezes in the loading screen at 18%, 60%, 70%, 80%, etc... Tried un installing, reinstalling, rebooting phone, closing the app. Very disappointing.

The app was working fine when we used it a few months back. Now it is stuck in ‘collecting data’ and spinning forever and can’t be used at all. Tried it on my phone and iPad an same thing happens. This is really a terrible app. Would advice to stay away from these developers since it looks they couldn’t care less about the product they put out there.
