Serial Number Problem

“Sorry, the serial Number you’ve entered has been registered in another devices, please deauthorize one of your devices to proceed”. How is this possible? It was a Christmas gift for my nephew. I opened the box. It was a New one and dosn’t Work. It’s awful!!!! Please, resolve this as soon as possible. Thanks!

Got it for Christmas. The included serial number gives an error that it is already registered to another device. I submitted a support request and am now wondering if the company still exists. No response so far.

This is a great app, but I just wanted to say something can u make it so that I can see the dinosaur even if it gets of card? Because when I try to do that it just blinks out of existence. Also please add some more Dino’s other than that it great thanks:) Ps pls remove the serial no. Thing

I love the idea of this and my son has a blast looking at the dinosaurs! However, I find that about half the time when I start the app up it freezes on the loading page, and i have to force shut down the app and restart. Generally by this time my toddler is pretty impatient haha.

I also got this for free at AWE and brought it home for my daughter. She loves it, though it was a little scary at times for her due to the riders and shaking of teeth. All the cards worked but some flicker depending on your lighting conditions. I would recommend. Learned some odd factoids.

I've used all of the other products and cards with great success in the classroom. However this app will not respond and locks up with an error message. I've tried all the usual tricks to resolve the problem with no success. Any ideas?

Saw this game+app for the first time at CES2017, I was amazed by the concept and the good quality of the whole game. Please do know that you need the card set to get the app to work. Wish the company and its products lots of success.

Bought dinosaur cards, downloaded app, camera can’t view because asking for serial no. To register. iPhone serial no too long. No explanation what and where serial no is that it wants.
