My son got the cards along with the headset for Christmas. Followed the instructions on the card and it says the serial number is wrong.

I’ll join everyone else by saying that the serial number provided on the instruction card does not work. 3 of the cards seem to work as a trial and my son is so excited. He will now be disappointed that there is a glitch with the product and is not working. This would have been his favorite Christmas gift.

Christmas gift for my son. Serial number did not work. Called the customer service number on the box (twice) and no one called me back as promised. Email they supplied is bogus. I'll give them a few days to update and I'm returning. Come on this is pretty basic stuff.

This is such a fun app, but my son would love to see some more dinosaurs added. However, I can’t even get it to open after this last update.

Crap junk won’t work, returning it. My grandson was so excited to play with it, it’s wrong to get a kids hopes up and dash them like this! Can’t even put the serial no. in. Say it again.....CRAP JUNK
