I have been using Dingtone recently and I am very impressed with the quality of the calls. I will continue to use Dingtone as long as they’re call quality remains at the top of the line.

FAQ has a guide to port out yet it is not possible

In their FAQ, they have a section saying it’s possible to port out their number to another carrier. It is no longer the case as right now there’s no “port out” option in “connect”. Definitely worst customer service ever as I have contacted their customer service multiple times without receiving any response. Please please do not use their service as you will lose your my money for nothing (like me)

I just paid for Uk number but I can’t use it to open business whatsapp for my business… I’m very sad now.. please do something or else refund me back

I can’t access my dingtone account after subscription

I created a new Dingtone account on the app and subscribed just a few minutes ago I logged out and tried logging in it says there is no Dingtone account registered to my email account

Service is impeccable. Wonderful. BUT WAY TOO EXPENSIVE AND EXTORTION IN THE APP. YOU BUY A VERY EXPENSIVE PHONE NUMBER, good, BUT YOU HAVE TO BUY A MORE EXPENSIVE PHONE CREDIT TO USE THE NUMBER WHICH IS SO ABSURD, CONSIDERING THE RECENT ECONOMY MELTDOWN. Theres covid for goodness sake. Everybody i introduced to Dingtone end up deleting it coz of the prices of everything in the app. If not for that, this could have easily been the best app out there. So you developers should stop ripping people off! ????
