I have used Dingtone since 2014 but not I can’t even add credits to my account because where it would say complete an offer I now says invite friends I am still giving a 5 star because maybe they will fix it
Can Not Cancel Voice Mail

I subscribed for voice mail that costs 100 credit per year and after a year of usage I decided to stop it and now there is no option to cancel and they are going to deduct 100 credit automatically. I contacted them through both website and app and it is around 2 months and no one responded.
Didn’t get my 20credits

I got to observe the place you invite friends and get 20credits and I did invite and I was charge by my mobile network and I didn’t even get a single credit but my wife said she got hers, why ?

This is actually pretty good app ref the phone! Calls are usually clear & connect quickly! However I did a survey to earn “free points”, it leads you around in a circle & ultimately tries to make you purchase something! The SECOND after you finally maneuver your way out of that survey maze your email is INUNDATED with spam! It’s been several days of blocking & still there is at very minimum 15 new ones a day!I

Calls drop, bad connections even if on WiFi and you can’t deactivate your number that is connected to the service until less then 25 credits and it takes forever to do that. Also I got a lot more spam after signing up.
