FAQ has a guide to port out yet it is not possible – Dingtone: Phone Calls + Texts Review

In their FAQ, they have a section saying it’s possible to port out their number to another carrier. It is no longer the case as right now there’s no “port out” option in “connect”. Definitely worst customer service ever as I have contacted their customer service multiple times without receiving any response. Please please do not use their service as you will lose your my money for nothing (like me)
