The creators ruined this game

Diner Dash used to be so much fun. I don’t know what the creators were thinking with this new version. Actually, I do. They were thinking “how can we squeeze more money out of these suckers playing our game?” All the changes they made are so obviously meant to get people to spend money on the game. You get limited “energy” and if you run out, you have to pay to get more or wait a half hour. Also, the levels get so impossibly difficult that you’re basically forced to spend money on stupid boosts or you have to give up. So many times I’ve seen customers wait for a table for literally 1 second and then leave. How am I supposed to win levels like that? They also added other challenges that I hate, like delivering crates to the back (which takes forever) and the lights going out randomly, neither of which are fun to me. This game is just so stressful and lost what made it fun. The creators obviously care more about making money than people enjoying their game. I’m done with DD unless they make changes.

Too hard to earn dinero. Makes you seem greedy, not paying $99 to get the items needed to advance when you can’t keep them from world to world. Predatory at best...

Original version years ago was far more fun!

This isn’t so much about strategy, but about managing your stress level while playing.... 3 energies are far too few, time to wait is far too long, no ability to upgrade other than paying a lot. Was hoping for the fun strategy game from years ago, instead feels like a money venture. Would rather the game be a price like $3.99 with ability to earn upgrades, vs shelling out so many dollars.

The game is fun but after a while you basically have to upgrade. Have to pay or complete “offers” to earn dinero. Almost without fail have had issues with payout for completing offers and customer service. The purpose of this game seems to be to make you pay.

Give us more than 3 energy and then maybe we can talk about giving this game more than three stars. The game is fun but it’s very frustrating after 15 minutes not being able to continue, especially when one level takes all that energy. Really should let us keep the energy for passing a level or just giving us more. I should also be able to use purchases across the game for the podium and things of that nature.

Love this game except that you lose energy even if you beat the level you’re on! Also they should consider changing how you can buy power ups.. it’s practically impossible to beat some levels without using all your dinero! If this were fixed this game would be 5 stars!

I used to love this game. It used to be great. But this has no updates. The lightning bolts power/lives take forever to load and getting/making dinero is impossible without paying real money. I beat the game years ago and without updates there aren't any new restaurants added like in cooking dash. Just loses its splendor.

This new version is stressful to play. It’s almost impossible to beat levels without power ups. I used to love playing this game as the old version because it was relaxing and engaging. This isn’t relaxing, and the levels are almost impossible... customers lose hearts in about 2 seconds. The old version was MUCH better. Won’t be playing this again.

I deleted this game after about 15 levels because it was impossible to beat without buying “cash” for the game. I miss the old diner dash where you could get power ups and things with coins. Now you can only remodel and get power ups with cash which takes FOREVER to save. Completely ridiculous.

People are complaining about the lack of power ups, but honestly if you’re good enough at the game, you really don’t need power ups? Heck I’m only in my teens and I’m already at the deep sea diner map. Really fun and passes time if you’re waiting for a long time. 4 stars! Although more coin power ups would be good too.
