the only thing that keeps this from a 5-star rating is the lack of including the seconds. i could reset/check all my other clocks right down to the exact second if that feature were added. please consider this for a later update...thanks!

It seems many of the bad reviews here come from people who simply don't know what the purpose of this app is. So here it is. If you don't have a clock on your nightstand, or in your office, then this app turns your ipod or iphone into one. Because you can temporarily disable the locking mechanism with this app, the clock will remain on until you turn it off yourself. This means you can turn the app on and the time will display all day at the office or all night on your night stand at home or in the hotel. Great Idea! Whether I am traveling or at home, if I wake in the night, a quick glance at my iphone tells me the time. And you can use the alarm feature built into your iphone or ipod touch to wake you up too, which I do. There are only 2 reasons for me giving this app 4 stars: (1) It would be nice to be able to change both background lighting and digit lighting settings right from the app. If you like a dark room, you will want to turn down the back lighting for this app, which can only be done through your normal ipod or iphone settings. Each time, I use this app at night I have have to turn my brightness settings down all the way before I turn on the app, and then I need to change them back in the morning. This is a bit annoying to me. One tap on the screen after opening the app could give you the option to change both backlighting brightness and digit brightness for the app alone. A another tap could take you back to the clock. (2) This is a minor complaint, but one none the less that others have mentioned. The rounded edge of the digits, should be more digitized just like digits on a digital clock. Otherwise a great app, if you know what it is designed for. Disregard all the dumb comments that your iphone or ipod already has a digital clock. Yes, that is correct, but the built in clock does not do what this app does.

Works like it should by using the system wide alarm settings. I love the way it turns off the auto lock so I don't have to press anything to check the time when I wake up in the middle of the night. I like the variety of display styles, colors and brightness settings. It would be better if there were more choices also. It would be helpful to have a setting to temporarily turn off the vibrate just like the setting that turns off the auto lock.

Nice clock for a docked iPhone next to your bed. Easy to read. One minor suggestion...if not using a leading zero in 12 hour mode, center the time on the screen. Single digit hours has the time offset...just cleaner to center it. But overall...nice little app.

I give it 4 stars yet not 5 cuz it's nothn needed but since it's free it's kinda cool and I read it rotates the numbers which is awesome so I'll get it! To all other reviewers don't say it's too much or to stupid cuz ppl put alot of time into it and WANs to make money or wanna have fun so if not satisfied make one for free or $ on your free time who knows maybe you'll get some hits!

This is perfect for me. Digits are easy to read. I do use it at night. Sometimes at work to keep me aware of the time. I like it because it doesn't try to do too much. Nice job.
