Trying to send a message to the support team, I lost my entire game! Now I have to start all over again! There should be a way to contact support without losing progress or game.

I have been on the First Ice Tower for days and cannot complete it- I’ve tried over and over- I’m about to delete the app! I like puzzles to be challenging but not impossible to solve

This was a great game until about 3 months ago or so. Right about the time they started announcing Adobe Flash would no longer be a thing as of January 7th is when it first started acting up...maybe a little before that. Almost every single time I try to open the game on my iPhone it crashes multiple times, ranging from 2 to 15 times. I didn’t say anything because I thought MAYBE it was something with the Flash going away. However, it is STILL doing it. I force close the app after every use of it so I know it’s not that I need to force close and restart the app. Also the support page is NOT helpful with this matter!! I’m about at my wits end with this issue so any time y’all want to fix this that would be great!! Also developers blaming it on the new iPhone is complete rubbish because I was having this same issue when I had my old phone which was a 6S plus.

The ads for this game totally misrepresent the actual game play. The ads show something completely different than what you get when you download the game. The actual game play is incredibly boring

I absolutely love this game. It’s fun, addictive and challenging. So many different worlds and mazes just keeps you going. Once you figure out the underground storage it made sense. I just can’t stop playing this every day and even better it’s not stressful with timing you and such. Very cool game!

At first I thought this game won’t be too interesting because of how I guessed they would set it up, but to my surprise it’s actually quite entertaining for those with extra time on their (when you have energy to play of course).
