I love this game, but when I downloaded the update today it will no longer load! Every time I try to open it the loading bar gets to 100% and then the game freezes. Not sure what is going on, but it needs some help. I’ve tried all the usual tricks that fix these issues, but no luck so far.

Game has been working great, it’s fun and addictive...then we just had a new iOS update and suddenly game loads to 100% but then stops and won’t open game to play. Not sure what’s going on but hope it gets resolved ASAP!!!!!

I have played this game loyally, but the energy cost is too high since my arrival in China. It make the game no longer any fun There are too many other choices out there.

Edit to my review-i have been playing for almost a year and and I must say 1-the events are fun.2-on mobile you all need to add a option to add friends.3- more ways to get energy/maybe a spin a wheel or side quest to do daily.4-make blocks not so extremely expensive in quest and lastly to have a auto function in the switcher to put the right ratio of energy/storing energy.I have been playing 2 months, have spent 30 bucks and am level 53. With that being said I have been waiting for customer support to help me with trophies and missing diamonds and yet no response back. I am starting to understand everyone’s frustration on this game-I have done the whole balancing camp ect but the problem is the story increases in tile cost and frankly I am getting tired of it. People say add ads,not a good idea hence it will cut down my 6mins of game play to more like 3 but who’s counting.I think this game is fun but unless you spend a lot of real money and have a lot of energy,the game becomes not worth it!And the events in game are a joke! To actually get any decent rewards you have to have mega energy,which sadly on your own will take forever. I hope another company comes up with a game similar to this,yet not as Money hungry as this app is!sadly this was the first free game i have come across with no Ads and that’s what drew me to it.Lastly people complain via the reviews and their response is to buy the 10 dollar switcher LOL!
