Having many issues with game hanging since Xmas event/update was released. Booo.

I’m not sure how they think this update is at all better than before is beyond me. It’s very glitchy, placement of tabs are in the way, bubble gum new looks make it too childish. I have restart this game more than before. I do t like playing this anymore.

I love the game, but this latest update is annoying. I keep hitting the purple ticket and opening the event screen by accident. The old icons were cleaner looking too.

This past week the quest tab format changed and I am not liking it at all. I can only access 1st option on the list. 2nd option has a churning circle that never goes away. 3rd option unresponsive. So no….I don’t like format. Stuck on various story options!

I have played this game for over two years now and it never gets boring! Be prepared to play for the long-haul unless you are willing to spend quite a bit of money! Definitely recommend it!

It’s a very enjoyable game, challenging puzzles. Just wish there was a way to get diamond easier or sell coins for them

This was a fun game. After the update , I believe it was the Christmas update, this game has had so many issues. Freezing, shutting down and many more issues have started popping up. I’m loosing my energy and I’m having to repeat levels cuz the game will freeze or shut down. I hope the issues are fixed soon. I used to enjoy digging but it’s just frustrating now.

Somebody had to justify their miserable existence so they took what was once a clean, simple presentation and turned it into what can only be called a monumental pile of you-know-what. You just couldn’t leave it alone, could ya? Big FAIL!

Game “fully loads” but won’t actually open, gets stuck on where you choose your avatar’s outfit. Tried on my iPad and phone, none will work
