Latest update has serious bugs

This was my favorite game on the iPad until this last release. Now I keep getting server crash errors. And I preferred the old UI to the new one. This obviously was not tested before release. Either fix it or roll back to the previous build.

New interface is terrible!

I love the game but you blew it with the latest update. The tiles-to-dig box is in the way - move it, make it smaller, get rid of it, something! The font is making me squint and giving me a headache. Why did you separate quests and side quests and events? Just makes me have to look in three places instead of one. And saving the worst for last - the screen you get when you tap and don’t have enough energy! So in-your-face and so obviously trying to get you to buy energy. If you have energy stored it’s hard to see if you’ve tapped it or not without closely watching your energy count go up - bad graphics. Such a disappointment. There are so many other things you should have spent your development hours on.

This was my favorite game for the last 5 years. They did a upgrade applicable to cell phones and I lost my energy level that allows a quicker regeneration and I’be been waiting for a response going on day 2. What a bummer! I also was registered with the website and that’s gone too. This is a major problem! Customer service really needs to be better in this day and age!!!

Lost energy and broken blocks

I love this game but lately I’ve noticed, missing energy and blocks back after I dug them up, which is basically stealing because I don’t get the energy back that I used to break them. Also, my energy didn’t charge back up while I was away, another theft. I’ve spent a good amount of money on this game but if you keep stealing from me, I’ll stop giving you my money. Please fix and all the crashing is pushing me away too.

Great game but problems are mounting

Overall the game is fun. There is one small problem. It sometimes ( lots of times) locks up when going into the Map Manager page. I have to do a hard close and reload then it works fine. It does have a lot of great tie-ins to mythology. A recent problem that is infuriating. the game locks up and when it restarts progress has been lost but energy you used is also gone. All these problems are making me question continue playing this game.

I have been playing for a few months and love all the puzzles and challenges. The storylines are cute and the artwork is very thoughtful. I had an issue with a puzzle glitching when I first started that made finishing a level impossible. It was in a special event so I let it go because it would not stop me completing the main story. Later I saw where I could reach out for support. Today while in another level, there was a glitch. I submitted my find in the support form and within an hour I had an email saying it had been corrected. Love this game and love that the support team is on it!

This is to the devs BRING THE GAME BACK TO HOW IT WAS ALOT OF US ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE UPDATE BRING IT BACK OR LOSE A WHOLE LOT OF PLAYERS

Glitchy with poor tech support

I like this game. I would like to give it five stars. Unfortunately the fact that it keeps glitching and tech support does not respond when problems are reported knocks two stars off my rating. When you complete a task it allows you to watch an advertisement to earn double rewards. About a third of the time the ad crashes and you don’t get the double points. Now there is a new glitch that when you get a server error it reboots the game and all of your energy is gone. Fortunately I have not lost any real money but this glitch definitely makes me hesitant to spend anything if the energy is just going to disappear and tech support doesn’t seem to care. So, play the game but be aware it will cheat you of points and energy when it glitches.

The game is fun and you can stack your base to build energy. This is a fine game to burn time with or cycle through as you play your other games.

Update is terrible just , hey devs read all the reviews on this update and that’s how I feel also . Couldn’t you’ve just fixed the glitches without ruining the graphics making I’d child like and cartoony . Impossible to like how you have the quests now . All I can say is really really what’s the matter with the way it was
