Good Game

This is a pretty good game, but everyone’s name is “Elzar” or a variation of it. So much for being online.

More dice skins

I feel like the over all game is really good but the dice are too simple like what big stone dice I just think the dice need custom skins like maybe a phantom green with purple that has like oozing effects I thing that would be cool besides regular stone grey dice

Fun game, TERRIBLE GLITCHES

MillenniumDT

At first, all I would do was fight bots. The player base is pretty scarce, but that’s understandable. After a little while the game would just freeze up in a state of limbo. Regardless of who’s turn it was, you couldn’t do anything and the timer would run out. Even if you had more points than your opponent you’d take damage. The game does this constantly after I passed level 2. PvP is practically impossible because I can’t go a few turns without this glitch happening. I always lose because of it. Bottom line: Fun game, not fun glitches. I’d recommend it if these glitches weren’t there.

Issues

Better gaming

My game kept crashing and the app wouldn’t work for a while and that frustrated me

This is a fun game but please consider a perpetual level up mechanism

rhartness

I’ve played this game for maybe a month. Seems to be dead but even so, doing the auto-battles are fun. You progress by two forms of leveling. First, you get player experience. If you win, you get 25XP and if you lose, you only get 10Xp. By leveling up, you can either purchase or upgrade your equipment, which is how you strengthen your player. The other way you level up is your points used for your global ranking. If you win, you get a set amount that scales down the higher your level, but if you lose, you lose a straight 10 points. The problem is that after a while, you XP caps to where you can’t go above level 16 and your ranking points can’t go above 3,000. The last person to have won mac out at 3,000 points is always at the top of the global list, but is pushed down as other players match 3,000. I don’t know why these caps are necessary but I’m sure it’s driven players away. I hit the 3000 point cap a while ago but just now maxed my level 16, and then learned I can’t progress any further. I really enjoyed this game and I’d continue playing it further if there was a reason. Though I am a FTP player, I do watch the videos you can watch for in-game currency. I’ve watched a TON, and I’d still let them roll through my day, but there’s no purpose. I kind of feel like the leveling caps might be leaving money on the table. I actually want to keep casually playing this game but, again, there’s currently no point. If you can fix this issue, or at last increase the levels up to 99, I could gladly leave 5*s but, unfortunately, you can “complete” the game rather quickly for an “online” multiplayer game and that’s just unfortunate.

Good, but 2 complaints.

Platypus and Battle Cats

Firstly, this game is pretty fun. I enjoy it. But there are 2 things that need fixing. Let me explain. 1. Sometimes the game will start bugging out and I have to not play the game for certain amounts of times. It has happened multiple times. Example: You just started a game with Elzar the Ai. Turns start lagging the first game. You move onto your second game with Elzar and this time it’s worse. Timer glitches out and sometimes the dice don’t take. Third time it’s pretty much unplayable. The timer is glitching, the first two mandatory d6 rolls don’t even roll and I can’t even play the game. Closing out the game and going back in doesn’t do anything. I don’t have a choice but to exit out of the game so it can fix itself or whatever. 2. This one just happened not that long which actually mad me steamed enough to write this review! So I’m getting close to 80 gems and leveling up. When I leveled up and had 80 gems I went to the store to buy the thing that costs 80 gems which says it gives you 5 items. Pretty excited to see what I get. I buy it and it only gives me 2 items, not 5! What a ripoff AND a waste of time saving up gems!!! I want my other 3 items I was supposed to get!!! So upset that I wasted all that time saving up to get 80 gems, just to get ripped off! I want my 3 other items I was supposed to get! Once number one is fixed and I either get my 3 items or get given a refund of 80 gems, this review is staying at 4 stars. Other than these 2 things, the game is very enjoyable. Please fix these things and give me a refund on my 3 items or give me a refund of 80 or 60 gems and the game will be better.

No PVP?

A Lovely Person

I really have been enjoying this game but I think there’s an issue with the matchmaking? I’ve only ever played one live player out of maybe 20-30 matches. I just keep getting matched with the CPU character. At first I thought it was just my data but the problem has been persisting even with WiFi. Am I missing something? Can anyone help?

Best

Best game ever. Keep it up. Maybe have a free giveaway once in awhile.

Boring

greenvalor

Could easily been an added feature to Dice Mage 2. I really like Dice Mage 2 but this is just one on one online matches. No crafting, no quests, no plot...seems like this could have been added to Dice Mage 2.

When I entered this game, I was expecting thrilling fights against one another, the odds being the only factor, but apparently there are so many jank things in this game which need to be improved, it’s ludicrous. N*1: Every time you’re done with a match, beware of pressing the equipment button (or any other I didn’t test), because it will crash your game (I’m hoping this may be fixed later on, it’s minor). N*2: I’ve played against more AI’s than humans (I only encountered 4 or so) it’s noticeable by the facts that they don’t emote, have surprisingly matching attire, and all share a common name alongside a title. N*3: The multiplayer is the worst thing I’ve seen so far, from unfair matchmaking (personal ex: lv 1 vs lv 8), to toxic matches and god awful RNG. Most damage spells need to be nerfed, because damage spam is a thing, and +154 damage on a single attack at lv 2 should be impossible. Healing is one of the few decent spells. I’ve had more ones on normal, re-rolled and re-re-rolled dice than minutes spent on this game. Possibly make it favorable that such low throws don’t happen so often. N*4: This is a grudge I’ve had for a long time about this title: make it in a way that you can fully customize your outfits, wand, hats, pets and battle stands. All it should be is a cosmetic effect (don’t know what the “cosmetic item” might do) N*5: The chances of getting that golden dust seem way too low. Not only does it discourage from players to find good gear, spending more gems and (possibly) spending more money, but it encourages to go with the first common or rare they get. N*6: This is purely aesthetic, but the main hub seems too minimalistic. I hope that you don’t see this as an angry speech by sone unlucky guy, but just a message that’s warning you of the problems in the game in it’s current form. I know (and hope) that you devs might do something about these problems.
