Needs to be upgraded for iOS 11 support – Diabetes App - blood sugar control, glucose tracker and carb counter Review

I’ve been using this app for a year to keep track of my blood glucose, blood pressure, and calorie intake and have collected lots of valuable data. But now I cannot access the app. Please, please upgrade
