they double charged me for an item then when i requested a refund on 1, the seller cancelled both orders and i never recieves my money back.

I purchased a number of items from different vendors on DH Gate. I had a problem with a couple sending the order, but DH Gate issued a refund automatically after the seller and I agreed on a refund. So in other words, if your having issues with the vendor sending product don’t worry DH Gate automatically refunds your money back.

Horrible! Is all I can think of. I have a full story to tell about this place or whatever you call it. I am very unhappy! Long story short. I ordered from this place back in November 2019 I received my package late December with a non complete order I reached out they said they will sent the missing stuff (til this day nothing yet) I went ahead and ordered again . And here we go again. Same story! I honestly suggest you guys to not use this please anymore! It’s horrible

Yes it does take up to a month to receive an item here in the United States and remember it is coming from China that’s pretty far. Research and review all about the item and especially the sizing we are bigger here in the states so my 15yr. Old son is a small here and an XL in a size in China standards.

Man I swear I saw this and I was like nah man there is no way this must be some kind of scam or not nice merch or jerseys. But I have bought a bunch of jerseys and they are so cheap and look so real. Highly recommend

The customer service is non existent. I ordered a Louis Vuitton crossbody but received one single black pantyhose sock. I’ve been trying to file a complaint for days now but there doesn’t seem to be a way or at least I can’t find a way and I’m pretty savvy with the internet, apps. Etc. PLEASE MAKE IT EASY TO FILE A COMPLAINT AND REFUTE THE CHARGE!
