I am frustrated with this app. I was so excited about not having to stick my finger 5 times a day and looking forward to monitor my glucose. However, I am constantly getting errors that are need to be in 20 ft of my monitor I’m actually holding my phone to the monitor and it still says error. I’ve contacted technical support but been unable to help. I am opting out and I do not recommend.

Sorry to all that have trouble. I am not app smart so I don’t know what it should do. I have had for a month now and my coach has been very patient with me for i work 12 hours aday 6 days aweek and have not been able to talk yet. When i first got my g6 i ripped two off in the first week and texed my coach and she had more on the way got them in3days and we still have not talked yet so if you think this needs more work then please let them know what you think it needs and not complain about it they are trying to help you

I miss the old app we started with. I have to keep track of when it is time to change my sensor because I only get a 2 hour warning. With the old app it counted down from 24 hours. No alarms.

Yep it’s trash

Like other reviewers, I hate this app and it’s paternalistic, gatekeeping design. It is particularly egregious that there is a great app that works perfectly with this device right next to this app, but we are prevented from using it in favor of a “coach.” Unlock our data. Give us the features that we know you already have. The lack of a history, the lack of alarms, the lack of integration with Apple health—unacceptable. This is awful. I was so excited that UH was FINALLY giving me a CGM and now I just want to give up.

Great app

The app is very good I really like the fact that I can access the report very easily and on daily basis. The only think I which it had is the ability to add more then one person in the phone. I do have three diabetic kids and keeping up will all three would be great only using the app in one phone to monitor.

Badger much?

After using this app for over a year, I think I acknowledged entirely too many times that Dexcom isn’t a fan of the iOS version I am using. Having that message come up ONCE is fair, I believe. Not once every day. Now, my provider has switched over to the Dexcom Zone tile, which Dexcom points out is untested. EVERY. FREAKING. TIME. I. WANT. TO. CHECK. MY. LEVELS. Do you think your users have the memory of a goldfish? It makes me not want to check as often as I should, to have to clear that same popup. Stop it.
