I used to love this app. But since the latest update it won’t connect to our server which rendered it completely useless.

Cannot edit line existing line from iOS after entry in IE client only “copy line”

This app has a lot of moving parts but always has some kind of issues with basic use and stability. Recently if I create an expense batch on PC from IE then try to edit a line on iOS (such as to add a receipt instead of scanning to PC) I get “copy line” box instead. I can create a new line from the iOS client and edit items and add receipt but not if line entered in PC. This only started 3 weeks ago, well after I had updated to latest iOS Vision client (1.7.5). My company tech admins suggested delete the iOS app and readd it (why do they always say that?) and it does not fix anything. My company is running 1.6.3 TouchServer and 7.5.0715.706 Vision DB while I am on iOS 11.4.1. I don’t know if this started with 11.4.1 iOS update.

This app was already weak, but it’s gotten much worse with this version. 1. No longer remembers Favorites so you need to search for project each time you add an expense. 2. Locks up when you try to review any previously submitted expense report. 3. Locks up with PIN code screen after you submit an expense so you need to restart to confirm submittal. And this is just the Expense issues that no longer work in this version. I won’t even start on the clunky Timesheet side of the app. Enough said, Charlie

Would be a useful app, as Deltek does not allow you to access online through chrome via your phone. As others mention, the app requires you to have a passcode on your device. I tried to just turn on the passcode when accessing the app, however, the URL is deleted when you try this. Unfortunately, I deleted the app. The developer would need to turn off the device passcode for this app to be viable.

I had been relying on this consistently but the app has not worked since the last update. Time sheets will not save or post. Entries for hours will change from one day to another. Big issues that need to be fixed ASAP.

Stop pass code requirement.

Really unsatisfied

The latest update that requires passcode is terrible. Please change the app so passcode is not required. To use the app there already is a sign in process, so the requirement of a passcode on the phone is double stuff. My phone is used as a tool and passcode is a pain and decreases productivity. I will stop using this app until passcode is no longer a requirement.
