The app doesn’t work

It just tells me to please wait and never does anything else. Force quitting and opening results in the same thing
Only somewhat functional

This app (and program as a whole) is in dire need of a major upgrade. For the life of me, I can’t figure out why it can’t use Touch ID to authenticate the user. No, the best they have is a slow passcode that you have to be very slow and deliberate with or it won’t get each digit. This app is notorious for crashing. I was happy to see the updated app icon, only to be disappointed to see that was the ONLY thing they changed.

4/30/20 Still frustrating Latest update (1.7.22) fixed favorite project issue but now date resets to Jan 1 1980 every time you have to change it. This is still easier than the computer but frustrating. Latest update (1.7.20)will not remember “favorite“ project. I have to search the server for each new expense type. Fixed in (1.7.18) seems to jump when selecting new input. From date to description, to amount, app moves location up and down. It’s still faster than the laptop for me but could use a little more refinement.

Nearly every week I have to contact my company’s IT people (who already have plenty to worry about) to say that this app won’t load anything and they have to do a manual timesheet themselves. I have to delete and re-download this app so often that I could do it blindfolded. Anyone who gives this more than 1 star is absolutely out of their mind.

If you like having to redownlod apps every single time you use them. This app is right up your alley. If you like having to change your password wayyyyy too often. This app is great. If you like apps that don’t work at all. This ones the best.

Bob the whiner
This application is absolutely useless as a tool to review and approve timesheets remotely by smartphone. It would be more efficient to set aside the time to drive across town to our office and take care of this cumbersome task on a PC. The sad thing is, that would just be a marginally better solution. Why can’t someone develop a platform that doesn’t try to be all things for all people?

This app is horrendous. My company using this to record our timesheets and my god every time I open it it’s a headache all over again IF it even connects to the server.
