Our company touts the app as a great way to get time and expenses entered on the road, but it’s terrible. Freezes up. Case in point: I just now lost all of my time entry progress for 4 days because it froze up and wouldn’t come back. I’m furious. You guys need to step it up with improving this app.

Every step of submitting a timesheet takes for ever to process and the app will crash and you lose your progress.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would! I can’t even get passed the URL login page. It constantly gives me the “Please wait” message and NEVER recovers itself. I have tried deleting the app and re-downloading it countless times, but that was just a huge waste of time.
Stuck with wrong URL

Our Vision URL changed since I loaded this app. It is stuck with a “please wait” prompt as it tries to connect to the old URL, and it will not cancel or even time out. Bad design, plus they do not provide support to the end user. This should be simple to fix.
Crashes when adding receipt photos

Haven’t had issues in the past but the latest versions is crashing or freezing when I attempt to take a photo and add them to my expense reports. The latest error was a blue screen with 3 flashing white dots. Please fix whatever bug this is. Thanks.
Helpful but frustrating

Latest update (1.7.17) will not remember “favorite“ project. I have to search the server for each new expense type. Also seems to jump when selecting new input. From date to description, to amount, app moves location up and down. It’s still faster than the laptop for me but could use a little more refinement.

Wow. This app is about as good as I remember my dialup 56k modem was for watching video. I have about 200 apps on my iPad and this has to be in the bottom five. I don’t know why I have to uninstall and reinstall it every few months, but it starts up and hangs every few months and the only way I can get it to work is to remove it and reinstall. Then the whole requirement for a PIN thing feels like it did with my iPhone 4. The user experience is clunky. The user interface is ugly but I have to admit somewhat functional. I’m not sure it has been improved in many years (Deltek, I’m grateful for the bug fixes though). The BEST part of this app (which is what got me to 2 stars from 1) is the fact that I can approve all of my direct reports’ timesheets in 10 seconds once I’m logged in and on my desktop application it takes a bit longer. The crazy thing is that the app is free but we’ve spent over a half-million dollars on Deltek Vision over the past 10 years. For that kind of development money, I would expect more.
Please wait screen never goes away

I tried setting up my server url and it will never connect. This app is garbage there is no timeout or anything. My please wait screen is still there after waiting a week....

This app opens to a blank white screen almost every time I open it, I’ve left it on the white screen for over 15 min with no changes. I’ve tried on WiFi, on Data, with all apps closed, I’ve closed and refreshed this app, nothing helps. If I wait a couple of days, it’ll start working again out of nowhere. It will also randomly kick me completely out and I’ll be forced to resign in with my company domain.
