Deliveroo is saying that they deliver in time they don’t + Their riders sometimes ignore the order to deliver to you and you keep waiting and Deliveroo don’t inform you in time. Bad application I don’t recommend to use it for eating search for another .

I’ve had constant problems with the app and the restaurants that use it. I have to leave lots of notes to either ring the doorbell or to call the house line as I am a busy individual and my job doesn't allow me to answer my phone at all times. Numerous times they've delivered to the wrong house in the wrong block. Why do i provide my address then? My last straw was yesterdays order through kuwait deliveroo.
Absolutely horrible app and service
frustrated and hungry :(
I have only used it a handful of times and THREE times my order was cancelled after an incredibly long wait. Another time my order said it was delivered and no one contacted me or showed up with the food. Extremely frustrating to say the least.
They block your account if you canceled late orders

Don’t use this app, they block your account if you canceled the late order! Even if you have a money in your account balance!!! They will block your account and they don’t return your money back!!

Deliveroo Riders are becoming thieves! Deliveroo in Abu Dhabi is no more like before. Riders pretend food ordered was delivered when its not! We can no more trust riders of this app. I can not take it anymore wait all this time for the order and then not receiving it over and over feels so bad! I’d better get moving to pick the food I want and stop this laziness which doesn’t going to benefit me in any way. My money gone, no food, and physically getting unhealthy!

It’s good app but sometimes They don’t give us the exact time for delivery. And also I can’t read the comments about restaurants on the app.
