Horrible customer service! Order never arrived, customer service rep hung up on me twice! Live chat is not responsive! Calling the help line goes nowhere! Unnaceptable customer service!

The app has some issues with the map when the delivery is on its way so it’s not possible to follow the rider. Otherwise there is a great selection of restaurants and good customer service.

Our food was picked up in record time, but then our driver went in the opposite direction and sat for several minutes. Looking forward to my cold food.
