Absolutely horrible app and service – Deliveroo: Food Delivery App Review

I have only used it a handful of times and THREE times my order was cancelled after an incredibly long wait. Another time my order said it was delivered and no one contacted me or showed up with the food. Extremely frustrating to say the least.
