I really wanted to use this as a way to rate and discover wines. And I loved it in the beginning. But as I am discovering, I cannot dive into the other users. I try to touch the photo to bring up a more in depth profile and nothing happens. I would like to make more wine connections by seeing a deeper profile and would like to be able to message the person but and highly disappointed that I cannot. If I have a question about something other than the wine they are reviewing, I find it rude to ask. Please make the app more user friendly to chat with other users!!

I wish you could search your own wines alphabetically so you could find out what you thought about a wine you had in the past.

I LOVE delectable. However they used to answer my emails when the wines IDed were incorrect; sadly no more. Also the region of a wine is wrong. I just wanna be able to have my wines corrected when I ask like before and better IDing. But honestly everything is great aside from that.

The app works efficiently and fairly seamlessly. If it doesn't perfectly identify the wine, it's easy to flag or change, and the app lets me keep in vinous touch with a lot of friends as well as categorize and document the wines I've tasted.
As good as it gets... For now.

I am sure there will be better wine ID/catalog apps, but Delectable is top dog at the moment. The label recognition capabilities are not perfect, but very close. The "expert/industry" ratings are from truly knowledgeable soms, winemakers and vineyard owners. I appreciate that the "buy this" component isn't in-your-face, because that isn't of interest to me, really. My favorite part is the cataloging of the wines by region, varietal and vintage. Very handy.

Love this app! I get to see what a lot of the industry leaders are drinking, and compare their notes with my own experiences. I feel the best feature is the Taste Insights Profile. After accumulating enough wines, you are able to see where your tastes migrate...all the way down to the appellation. Sign up and pop a cork!
