Silly rating system, but great interface

The rating is from 6-10. Which makes no sense to me. Why not be from 1-5? Just a small thing, but it bothers me enough to write my own rating in my wine reviews. I like the interface, and use it mostly for the private wine journaling.

Horrible customer service. The site is infested with spam users. No response to this and somehow my premium subscription got turned on and now I can’t turn it off. Rip off artists!!!!

Unfortunately the spam users have taken over the app. I can’t get a response from customer service on this issue. If they would help clean this up, the app would still be worthwhile.
Now Infested with Hacked Accounts

Over the last 2 weeks I’m now noticing a bunch of “Likes” from clearly compromised/hacked accounts where the user name has a suspicious URL. The goal appears to be comment spam to convince duplicitous users to click on the links. Delectable needs to implement some basic input validation and filtering to remove these hacked accounts. If I don’t see the problem addressed, I’m going to report this app to Apple.

Just wanted an App that allows me to track the wines I enjoy - early user but not intuitive! Just want photo , comment, and rate - ability to recall list based on rating. Have not determined if this is App I will keep or not

Delectable is a nice wine app. Allows you to track and share what you are drinking with friends and see what they are drinking as well. There had been some issues with Editing wine, notes and such. Still have a bit more to go with editing but great app and use it all the time. I had a couple of issues early on and they were very responsive to my problems and got back to me to correct them.

Half the time the app doesn’t recognize the wine you take a photo of almost like it goes out of the way to choose a different type of the same wine producer. And anything you review to add to your profile gets added 4-6 months later. Don’t waste your time and go with a different wine app.
No reply to requests for support

Asked for help with searching my library. Search used to work but hasn’t for over a year despite updating to most recent version. Sent three emails over the course of a year requesting help but no replies. Pretty useless for tracking past wines if unable to search library.
