Master the material by reviewing key vocabulary using flashcards, available in four distinct study modes. Create customized quizzes to track your progress, turn studying into a game with the concentration-style Matching mode, or choose the Q&A option to test your knowledge in a multiple-choice test designed to simulate a real-world exam.
To reinforce the points made in the flashcard and Q&A sections, the app provides 14 informative and often entertaining videos across a variety of subjects, including blockbusting, sales contracts, and steering, to name a few. It’s a chance to see how what you are learning applies to everyday situations.
Initial download of the app is free and delivers access to the audio overview, flashcards and Q&A for one unit along with one video. The complete set of 721 flashcards and 434 multiple-choice questions is available via in-app purchase. Flag problematic questions as you go, design customized quizzes, and assess your progress using the app’s detailed analytics including quiz history, strength by category, and weekly progress. PLEASE NOTE: the purchased upgrade can be downloaded on other iOS mobile devices synced with the same iTunes account by selecting "Restore Purchases" on the upgrade page. The additional videos may take a few minutes to initially download.

Scam “72 hour” free trial

The 72 hour free trial is a scam. I canceled within the timeframe and was still charged for a 1 month subscription. Other than that I didn’t really find the questions to be helpful - they repeated even though the trial was supposed to be full access.

Release deed A document, also known as a deed of reconveyance, that transfers all rights given a trustee under a deed of trust loan back to the grantor after the loan has been fully repaid. You mean back to the grantee not grantor?
If you have the book...

If you have the book then I think the full app should be included in the purchase...at the very least, it should be DEEPLY discounted. It’s ridiculous to have to pay for the book/class AND pay so much for the app. What I was able to use in the free part of the app was helpful and convenient just terrible that the app costs so much.

I purchased the entire year it worked perfectly than it kept shutting down on me I took my exam and failed the app is great! But I wish it worked more for me and especially at this time is hard to pay the $99 again
Don’t Fall For The after Trial!!

I heard about this app from a You Tube video and decided to take a look at it. It offered a 3-day free trial and charged $30 afterwards; I accepted. After using it for about an hour, I knew that this isn’t the best way for me to study. I planned to try it again the next day but forgot. Luckily, I sat an alarm to remind me to cancel in case I didn’t like it. There were no clear cancellation instructions, so I emailed customer service. I kept received response emails stating that I emailed them outside of their normal business hours. I double-checked and saw that my original email was well within their business hours and the second email was one I was hoping they would see the next day. After emailing a third time, I received a really rude email from a supposed to be manager, Blake D., stating, “I’m not sure that you have seen our replies. Our business hours are from 9 am to 6 pm CDT Monday - Friday.” It was obvious that I had seen their replies and I’m in the same time zone, so there wasn’t an issue with that. He goes on to say that I would have to cancel and request a refund through Apple, not them. Really wish they would have just replied to my FIRST email so I wouldn’t have been charged in the first place! Horrible customer service! I'm not sure that you have seen our replies. Our business hours are from 9 am to 6 pm CDT Monday – Friday.
