I enjoyed the app very much. I liked it enough to pay for the whole app. Until a recent update in which all the questions have some cartoon with super small font and you have to zoom in to read this comic strip and answer the question. I like to go on and answer random questions as a quick refresh but now with this it takes up way more time and I answer less questions than before. Please provide an option to just have general questions please. unless I'm missing something and this can be removed. Flash cards would also be nice to have In the app.

I was done with the app last week. I’m trying to cancel before I get charged again, and I can’t figure out how.

I’ve been trying to cancel this app for the past 2 months. I selected the one time charge - very consciously! And I was STILL SOMEHOW SUBSCRIBED to be charged $30 a month! This has happened twice, I’ve written your company with no reply, have gone into the app and Made a help ticket, etc... what on earth can I do. I do not want this app!!! Thank you for any guidance

I am completing a real estate class and purchased the app to be able to listen to the audio summaries of the chapter, answer exam questions and watch the videos conveniently using my iPhone. I’ve found that pausing the audio from my phone’s lock screen doesn’t work as it does with iTunes for example, however skipping back and forth to audio units does work. I have to completely unlock the phone to pause what I’m listening to. Also, it’s be great if the audio and videos played continuously like a music playlist, or similar to YouTube. The purpose of the app is to be convenient and go where you go. Having to constantly pull out and unlock my phone every 4-5 minutes to start the next unit, has been frustrating. All of my progress was also erased between the trial and signing up with payment. I answered lots of questions in that short hour and hoped I’d be able to go back and work on what I didn’t know. Overall, great content. The app could just use minor work to become more user friendly.

I just passed my exam yesterday and this was such a great resource in helping me! The way they set up the questions, allowing users to decide if they know it or not is a great study tool. Definitely worth the couple of months I paid to help boost my studies.

I paid for a subscription and everything is still locked as if I hadn’t. Was a major letdown since it happened over the weekend and there’s no customer service. I needed to study for a test as was not able to with the app.

Just started on a free three day trial and will most certainly be subscribing for the three monther! My only regret is that I hadn’t found you sooner!

i have the hard copybook for my real estate class, but i thought the app would be a smart way to get some extra studying in between my busy schedule. Kind of disappointed the unit quizzes are the same on the app and in the book. Sure it’s more convenient to have the app, but i thought it would give me extra content instead of the exact same thing that’s in the book.
