Anytime I have a question or concerns and trust I had plenty she was there to assist us with no hesitation. I want to take this time to give Dealer Center my appreciation!!! I have dealt with Dealer Center for years and have always had excellent experiences I have been in the realm of car dealership atmosphere for 5 plus years now and worked with the system since day one... I love that the system offers everything you need from A to Z and that they are always there when you need something at the touch of a dial ... amazing things offered to work with I especially love how easy it is to load vehicles into inventory as well as get access to leads and all of the other things I may need. The fact that Dealer Center works with all of your finance lender needs and others you network with to integrate to your site etc. Along with marketing I have always been pleased with it and so easy to work with, if there is ever an issue or something that comes up that I need knowledge on my Rep is always available he is amazing, personable, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and just an all around a great human being, he takes time to help and although I know he has lots of people he deals with on a daily basis he always makes me feel special and that’s a great quality my Rep is Jose and I am so lucky to have him I would never want another Rep I’m spoiled because no one could compare to him and I am very picky and have been doing this for a long time and now that I am at my second dealership I am happy to say have Dealer Center again and would not want any other system... thank you for having the best Rep I have ever dealt with Jose is outstanding great job having him on your staff team he makes my day every time I speak with him and need his help, all people that I have had the chance to interact with through Dealer Center have always been truly professional. I’ve been a dealer for 5 years and I have tried many other dealer management software, but none of them come close to DealerCenter. It’s so easy to upload my cars and pictures for them and with the help of Bryan he showed me everything I needed to know on how to use the app he was a great help. I 100% believe that if you’re a dealer and you’re debating on which DMS to get than I’ll help and say go with DealerCenter you won’t regret it.

We’ve been using the DC app for some time now, mainly for uploading vehicle photos and getting car info/price info on-the-go. Our rep, Juliette, showed us other features we hadn’t yet taken advantage of. She was more than helpful about anything and everything; easy to get ahold of and very knowledgeable.

The mobile app is constantly updated and integrating the desk top version of Dealercenter for easy access. The text messaging from DC is is much more convenient and has a overall better interface on the app as opposed to the desktop. My rep Brandon Chun pointed that out to me and is consistently a big help when it comes to bringing different features to my attention for the most optimal use of dealercenter as well as the dealercenter app
