I’ve been using dealer center for 2 years now. Every time they issue an update it stops working. Yesterday I was on hold for an hour with technical support. I can not log on and they tell me its my fault. I HAVE RESET MY PASSWORD 4 TIMES! They think I am putting in my password wrong or something. Asked to speak with a supervisor and they said they will have to call me. An hour later they call me back. The website works just fine. The app is some doo doo. Get it together DealerCenter. Btw have have deleted and reinstalled after every-time i reset my password.

DealerCenter is the best Isabelle Maltez helped me with my sign up and software training. She was very helpful and responsive. She got me set up with the fast DMS and I’m in love with this system.
