Problem with adding a picture.

When adding a picture on my iphone7, a screen pops up about wanting to use GPS location. Before I can type in yes or no, the keyboard pops back up, covering the GPS screen. On my iPad, I can turn to landscape mode and then remove the keyboard so I can answer the question about the GPS. Can’t do it on the iPhone. Is there any way to correct that?

When I became sick in August of 2017, I needed t keep a small journal of medical things, how I felt, what I ate, etc. I looked for an app and didn’t find one I liked, so I used a little journal and wrote it. But I would forget where I put it. Or forgot it at home when I needed to write something in it. I recently found this app and I’m soooo glad I did. It is exactly what I was looking for! I had my grandkids over the other day and I was able to put their pictures in this journal as I was writing about them... can’t do that in a paper journal. I keep my medical concerns, questions, etc in here, as well as personal day to day things. It works great for me and what I need... simple, easy to use and always convenient! . Thank you for a great app!!!

I contacted the developer about losing text and learned that I was not using the latest version. Because of a name change, I did not realize to upgrade. This version works very well, does what I want and gives me the freedom and flexibility I need. More important, I was very impressed by the developer’s willingness to understand my problem and work to figure out how to solve it. This is a great company to do business with, I am very impressed by them and their willingness to accommodate their users. An excellent software product and an excellent company.

Best diary app I ha e found. I thoroughly enjoy storing great memories on this app. I use several diaries for all different reasons. They display beautifully.
