Not the sexiest app, no frills...... but great exercises, easy to use, customizable. I've tried countless others, but this one is the best. Love it!!!!

I love this app! I have a bad knee and this app helps me work legs and butt without putting any strain on my knees! I need to lose weight mainly in my thighs and butt so this app is a life saver!

This app is great for busy ppl that sit at a desk all day and don't have much time or energy left after an hour long commute home. Variations from 5 to 10 minutes are especially nice for ppl that haven't seen a the inside of a gym in a few years! No annoying chatter or music. Just simple effective exercises you can do anywhere. Including the airport!

Excellent app, exercises are challenging and instructions are clear and easy to follow. This is all the trainer you will ever need, with enough self motivation you can accomplish your workout goals.

Gyms are expensive. With some hand weights and ankle weights, this app gets the job done. I wish the 20 min routines had shorter times for each exercise, so I mix up 10 and 5 min routines to get what I want. I like that the exercises are random so you don't anticipate what's coming and start to dread it. I do 20 min 4 to 5 times a week and see improvement, and I have stuck with it for months. I was using the free app, but thought I would roll the dice on the fee based app.

I love this app, when I come home late from work and can't be bothered to hit the gym I fire this app up for a nice intense workout. Easy to follow with video and written descriptions
