Great workout app – Daily Workouts Review

Gyms are expensive. With some hand weights and ankle weights, this app gets the job done. I wish the 20 min routines had shorter times for each exercise, so I mix up 10 and 5 min routines to get what I want. I like that the exercises are random so you don't anticipate what's coming and start to dread it. I do 20 min 4 to 5 times a week and see improvement, and I have stuck with it for months. I was using the free app, but thought I would roll the dice on the fee based app.
