I like that you can make your own workouts but I wish I could ❤️ my favorite exercises so I don’t have to go through the entire library looking for the video I want. I also wish with the full workouts that you could include the Pilates and stretching exercises as well...
Maybe I'm not seeing something but it seems like there is only one more workout per group than in the free version, I was under the impression it autos have more. Feel like I wasted $20.
I was going to ChuzeFitness’s team training, and it was too much running and rowing, then we go do the floor exercises and more cardio vs weights and TRX. This app gives me direction on exactly what I want with high intensity cardio exercises, as well as butt, legs, arms and abs! Seeing results that I want to see, and can do it from home!
You need to put out the things that you need for these exercises on your website.
App does not finish the process, it closes automatically after workout and does not show calorie burn part.
I feel like this app gets better and better. I’ve had it for a few years I’ve always liked that I can get a quick or long workout and target the body area du jour without a lot of trainer chatter or repetitive music. And now with the fun streaming videos I can branch out and try something new. I’m a little addicted to the 8 minute booty burn already!
