i really loved this app and i had been using it for a while. one day i went on and it suddenly said i needed to pay? now are all my snaps gone? do i have to pay to get them back? please help!?

This app was awesome for the first couple months. I used the free version. At some point, opening the app forced me to a subscription screen. I was unable to make content, view my content, or download my videos without paying a subscription fee. There was no warning that this would happen. After a few months do this, they offered a 3 day free trial (which is ridiculous bc id signed up for the free version of the app..) and was able to get my content. If I’m going to have to pay for a service, I’d rather use one that charges up front rather than holds my content hostage.

This app is a great idea. I was suggested it from instagram and with the ad it said “love what you post. FOR FREE” yeah and after I downloaded the app you have to pay at least 2.50 a month to use it. Don’t false advertise ok?

I downloaded this app to see what it was and after realizing it’s not what I want, I canceled my “subscription” a few minutes after downloading. I was under the impression the app was a few dollars, I never clicked to sign up for a year and now I’m being charged $29.99! I would never pay that much for an app!
