Don't bother!

I have played for well over a year, working the daily puzzle and even watching the videos and downloading and playing other apps to earn enough coins to buy all the past puzzles. Why? So I could earn the 500 coins for coming in first in the weekly challenge! Not only did I come in first, I took a screenshot the second the clock reached zero. The next day when I opened the app I only received 50 coins for placing in the top 10. When I asked support I was told that the other players kept working puzzles even after the clock ran out, which put me in second place. Why bother with the clock then??? Work the daily puzzle, but don't waste your time with anything else. All you'll get is, "keep trying".

The stupid QuickBooks ad keeps freezing the app! Either that or they intentionally make the "X" button unpressable.

I really enjoy the crossword puzzle daily. I do not want to pay for any coins etc. Please perfect this app to reflect our need to be stimulated and mentally challenged without any extra cost! I have edited this because I am frustrated with this game and being unable to play games that I have missed. Your system of getting "free" coins is not working. An ad keeps popping up making it unable to continue playing.

Won't Load

Every day for at least a month, I have been unable to play the game that I used to love. I get a message to Retry because the server isn't working. What can I do to fix it. Deleting and then reloading has not helped.

You're full of crap

After spending 35 minutes trying to earn free coins, going from one site to another and never earning any "free" coins because I'm not willing to buy them, I am now receiving at least a dozen SCAM phone calls every day. DO NOT FILL OUT FORMS WITH YOUR CONTACT INFO trying to get free coins. According to these prank callers I'm entitled to $40,000 one day, $10,000 the next from the US Dept of Grants and Treasury, which we all know doesn't exist. They are relentless. I've blocked 82 phone numbers in the last week.

I enjoy playing the game, just wish you earned more coins each game. Run out too easily! Adding, the "free" coins don't show up and reporting missing coins just get me email that apologized for the error but not correction. Also, why should I pay coins again to replay a game I've already "purchased". Edit to add: the "free coins" all the things I try get me the CONGRATULATIONS you are eligible for... or the survey says I don't qualify Very frustrating

Challenging, yet has some learning knowledge! I enjoy working puzzles nightly and challenging myself to bet my best time!

Up until tonight it would have been five stars

I absolutely love this game. It is my nightly routine to crawl into bed and play the daily puzzle however when getting into bed tonight the app wouldn't let me download the days crossword because I didn't have a network connection (I have wifi at home plus a data plan on my IPad so this is not possible) but I could download the Words With Friends bonus crossword. Very disappointing.

Play almost everyday but September 30th won’t load

First time I have been unable to load puzzle. Says to check internet connection, but that isn’t the problem. Disappointing.
