Like the app the way it is.

Please stop allowing the traps and tricks that pop up. This stuff is awful for a phone. This ruins the experience of your app

I'm a big fan of crosswords, too bad it's only one daily. The biggest defect is getting coins when you need them. You have to perform surveys, play other games, view videos and "no coins ". Even worse, they ask for all kinds of personal information and share it. Then you start to get calls and emails. Not worth the trouble.

I downloaded Fairway golf, played the 18 rounds as required to gain 83 coins, but, did not receive any coins. I love playing the crossword everyday before I go to bed. I wish they wouldn't falsely advertise. If I were treated correctly regarding advertising for coins, I would rate the crossword much higher.

Very frustrating

I enjoy completing the crosswords and the app itself is okay. What I don't enjoy is having to use coins to get hints. When you run out of coins you can complete surveys/watch slideshows to get more but I NEVER get rewarded after I complete the actions. This is SO frustrating and a waste of my time. In fact it is so frustrating that I deleted the app.

I love this app! The "Earn more points" free NEVER, NEVER, NEVER works!! I don't mind watching a 30 second ad to earn 1, 2, + points, but sending me into cyberspace on some random goose chase that literally never pays off is more than aggravating!!! Sad because this is a great puzzle!!

Don't waste your time trying to get extra coins because I have sat through survey after survey and have viewed whatever repeatedly, and yet NO COINS as promised. Initially customer service cared and helped... but even that quit. So if you need more coins expect to buy them; and they are needlessly expensive... PLUS, for no good reason your coin balance drops from time to time and if you don't do today's puzzle soon enough in the day (before tomorrow's posts) then you will have to pay for today's puzzle even though it is still today! Totally Disappointing and more like a rip-off.

Great puzzle but....

I enjoy the puzzles but sometimes I do like to see the wrong letters in red as a hint. It's annoying when I'm charged coins to be able to use this feature! Each game should be aloud at least a few hints and not charged!! I know there's the option of completing a survey but wish this was a feature we could use without being charged like other games! This would make this game much more enjoyable.

Love playing the fun puzzles. They are enjoyable and challenging. However, unable to find the bonus puzzle, Hawaii. Thot I'd find it with the bonus puzzles. Saw it yesterday, but wanted to play it today and now can't find it. Was it only good for one day?

Don't want to play "with friends"

Forcing migration to a "with friends" version. Prefer NOT to but not given a choice. Will delete and look for different crossword game.

Very disappointed that this has become Crosswords with Friends. I really like the app the way it was. I have yet to be able to do a crossword in the new app. Keeps saying that it's syncing. Syncing. Syncing. Syncing...
