Every time I try to earn extra coins I get a message saying the link is broken (after I’ve done what I was supposed to do) or no message or coins. I think it’s just a ploy to get me to upgrade. The only upgrade I’m going to do on my phone is delete this app.

I love this app and play everyday. I’ve even played the crosswords back to 2013 (so far). Why make it a competition with someone else when crosswords are done BY YOURSELF. At least make it an option of whether or not you want to play with friends! The only complaint I have is that if you want to do the crosswords as far back as I have, make it to where you can pick a month and year instead of having to scroll through each and every one until you get to where you left off. Also, I’ve never received any inappropriate ads i.e. porn, it’s always been for other game apps. So if/when this app changes without the option, unfortunately I will be deleting it too.

Partly my fault for continuing to try to play a puzzle but the app keeps crashing and when I got by to my already in progress puzzle it takes more coins! Pleas update this problem!

I’m seriously considering deleting this game because it’s a scam the way you have to earn coins. Now I’m on email lists that I cannot get out of.

I have completed recently two surveys and have yet to receive my earned points. You need to review your methods for rewarding and get with it. I’m sure my getting out of crosswords won’t hurt you but it’s disappointing as long as I’ve hung in there with you.

Was going to download the new version but after reading all the reviews and the same complaints that kept recurring in each, when the older version retires, I’ll retire from the game too.

“Earning” Coins doesn’t happen

I usually buy coins but decided to get them for free. I took an obnoxiously mired in bait clicks quiz to earn coins and never received them. After NUMEROUS emails to Tapjoy (third party coin controllers), I finally contacted DCC itself and he said there was nothing DCC can do. So basically they have no control over their own rewards. Pitiful customer service.
