Once you have completed the quick and simple setup process, you will then be able to select and choose the live camera video feeds you wish to view. As long as there is a strong broadband or 3G/4G mobile data signal connection you will be able to login into the device from anywhere in the world. At the same time you can take photo snapshots of live video footage and store it to your phone for evidence collection.

The other main feature to this app is its ability to playback the recorded footage on the DVR / NVR to your smart phone. Just select the time and date of the when the footage was recorded and it will play what it has recorded from that point.

this system doesn't record. I have two cameras in place and they aren't the problem. it's the recording equipment. If your little red light blinks it's recording. it it stays lit it's not. my system is connected to wi-fi so that's not the issue. i've tried reaching out to the installers and they suddenly don't exist.

Every time they up date my video doesn’t work. 2 Nd time I’m waiting for trouble shooting call. Customer Service could use training in kindness to customers. I’m not happy with this service and will look for alternative viewing.

Overall the system is a great system. My cameras work perfectly and can view them nicely on my 60” flat screen. But when it comes to viewing my cameras on the app it’s hit or miss. Will work for about a week then it says try again. Tried calling a support number I was given and it starts off by asking for my banking info. Not going to happen. Something needs to be done about the app. Fix it please.

Nothing but issues lately, it’s a joke to even open up the app. 90% of the time the camera feed doesn’t work. I know it’s not the cameras because I can see the feed at home. That doesn’t help when you are out

This app is the worst. Cost $$$ to have Brinks technician come and sync on my phone . Got new modem and new cameras and nothing works after Brinks installation. $ back or small claims court.

I wasn’t in love with the app before the update, but it’s absolute junk now. It takes forever to load the cameras and the lag is terrible when trying to swipe between cameras. Not going to even complain about the dvr. It’s not worth it. Please put some effort into fixing this mess.
