We have had our system for 2 years and the camera feed is ALWAYS going down. I’ve called and they come out to fix it...then it goes out again. It has been out for a few weeks now but we work and can’t be here for when they need to come out. We are under contract so we are stuck. Hate it!! We use Point Security. HATE IT MORE!!

Doesn’t play well with iPhone 8

The media library does not download on iPhone 8. Works fine on iPhone 6/6s. Unacceptable. Saving key videos is imperative for customers, archiving for use.

I just got a new cameras for the house and the app worked awesome for 2 days and now I can't get it to work. Every time I want to see it live or a record section, it tells me that it's not connected. Please fix this!!!!!!

Please allow saving of recorded videos to local album. Currently you can only save screen shots to local album.

This app is awful. Stops showing recorded alarms halfway through the day. System it's self works great. Need an updated functioning app

The app crashes constantly, Playback is virtually impossible to use when it actually doesn't crash.

Horrible PTZ Control and App

The Nitemare

This app is really bad. The tour or pattern is as backwards from what we programmed. PTZ control Takes about 1 to 2 minutes when it works to move 180. Quality is subpar and lacks fluidness. It also crashes very often it shouldn't be in app market.
