App doesn't work for me even though I've been a longtime Caremark customer. Customer service is terrible. They say they know the website but not the app.

I have tried unsuccessfully to utilize the scan function to reorder mess. IT NEVER WORKS. I always have to input the script number. Please fix this. Either the scanner is not available or the scanner does not work.
