I love the app but every time i try to watch Ancient Engineering on my ipad it bombs.

World class documentaries that are so beautiful to watch, vivid colors, landscapes, oceans, mountains, different science, history, tech and other content. I have been wanting to have something like this for years and just by a friend’s referral I found out about this service. You can’t go wrong. Buy the subscription, it will bring you tremendous value and honestly I can’t believe how fair the pricing is. Enjoy!

This app crashes randomly 50% of the time. I’ll be watching a program and suddenly I’m on the Home Screen. I have the latest iOS update on an iPad Pro and fast internet. It is very frustrating to spend money on such an unreliable app! The content seems very good. I wish I could watch it.

Documentary quality is far better then what you’ll find elsewhere but the app does it an injustice when more often then not you’ll need to restart the app to play a video you’ve already started in landscape mode.

Apparently, you are only allowed to watch one documentary every three days. . . Or so you’d be lead to believe after (like me) trying numerous times to restart your programming, only to watch the app crash and crash and crash. The app is borderline unusable.

Please fix this, it keeps crashing after I start a video at full screen.

This streaming app is absolutely TRASH. I can’t go back to a show and start where I left off as it always starts from the beginning, and when I try to fast forward it, it freezes up and makes me start over anyway. $70 wasted.
Irritated 1st time customer
Theres great content on the app, but the app barely works and is really buggy and unreliable. Kind of ruins the point if i cant actually watch anything.
