Worst Customer Service Ever/ Buyer Beware!!!!

Literally on the verge of tears because of how frustrated I am with the customer service contact/process. I am in disbelief of how hard this process has been to get help with a refund. One they piece mail you with instructions and then tell you that they can’t do anything because you forgot to provide something when in fact that piece of information was not requested. Two I have never heard about any companies that do not provide return labels! We are living in the 21st century. Three, you have to pay for you own return and also you have to fight to get it. Truly disappointed by this whole ordeal as I had hoped that the product was indeed everything they say and more. But clearly it wasn’t!!! I will never order from CUPSHE again nor will I recommend it to anyone I know!!!!

So I’ve received 3 swimsuits from CUPSHE so far & shipping super is quick. 2 out of the 3 are probably the best suits I’ve ever owned...I just love them & they are true to size. The 3rd one was an awful color for my skin tone & ran a lot smaller than expected. I have a 4th suit on its way, fingers crossed. All these are excellent quality & material especially for the price. Would recommend.
Cover-up and Bathing Suit

Ordered a lace cover-up and blue and white striped bathing suit. I am 5’1” 125lbs. I ordered a medium suit it fits perfect! The cover-up was a one size fits all. It is a touch big, but it is beautiful and I love it. It comes just to my knee and that was what I wanted.
Returns are a nightmare

I ordered a size medium and am usually a small in most suits. It was so tight it hurt. The sizing in this suit was way off. It took me two weeks to process a return. I received no confirmation email after placing my order and was unable to track my expedited shipping. I also did not receive a packing slip with my order. They continually told me they could not find my order, and I was unable to provide an order number, therefore, I could not return it. I said I would dispute the charge through PayPal (how I paid) then they very quickly found my order, after multiple messages of “I’m sorry, we show no record of your order.” They only replied to my initial email return request by saying “We will send an email with directions” but never did. I emailed them twice and still nothing but recognition and a promise to send an email with return directions, which I never received. After several days, I realized that if I downloaded the app, I could see they were messaging me through the app. Every time (5 times to be exact) they said my app/account log in dis not work and required me to reset it. I loved the suit...it was just too small. Had planned exchange it but after all this trouble, I will take my money elsewhere. So frustrating. I told several friends about my frustrations and they too experienced the “run around” with returns. I would pay double the price to not have the stress. Take your money elsewhere.

please make the return policy easier, you would make so much more business if it was free shipping as normal companies do it

Website says free returns, very misleading! Returns can be made by emailing them to ask permission. Then, you are told to email them the tracking recipt and they will issue you a refund. You pay for shipping and returns, very misleading!!! Never again. The clothes are paper thin. Worst quality clothing I have ever purchased and now I have to pay to send this crap back?!

Great costume service ever!!! Fast replies I LIVED the swimsuit I ordered but it was too small. I have 0 problems with the refund
