Really bad customer servicié

unsatisgied and dissappointed

They just won’t help or response.

I mean I like this company the bathing suits are petty and all but the thing is when I see a pretty bathing suit most of the time I can’t buy it because it is in only S/M/L or xL or xxL, Well I would rate this company all 5’s every time if there was such thing as a size XXS and a size XS in all the suits. I hope y’all make my wish ?

Nothing runs true to size. Nothing is adjustable. Quality is mediocre at best. Let’s see how returns go. Based on reviews I’m not very confident.

App & Website do not work together.

I made a purchase using my laptop. I set up my Sunchasers Club with my email and have a lot of points. Then made a purchase on the App - it kept telling me I didn’t have an account. I finically sign in via FB and place my order. When I got to my laptop suddenly I can sign on to my account. Guess what - no sign of the order. I can see that I paid for it. I go back to the App and there is the order but not my previous points......

I ordered a bathing suit 2+ weeks ago and they still haven’t shipped it. Company used “covid” as an excuse but will not provide me with a time expected and promised quick shipping.

i ordered 3 bathing suits only one came in so i went to track them and it says it’s been shipped which is an absolute LIE ! and now can’t even get my money back do not get anything of this scam app.! I’ve been waiting 13 almost 14 days for 2 bathing suits i never got an my pool opens may 21st!

i ordered 5 swimsuits. i have waited 2 weeks and it still says they haven’t been shipped. they told me mine will be shipped from China and that is what is taking so long, when they originally said it was from the states. they refuse to refund saying it’s “been shipped” but it’s now been a week of being “shipped” and there is still nothing in the mail. my previous purchases have been awesome but this one is ridiculous, not ordering again.

I love this app it has such cute clothes and bathing suit. Even with the pandemic going on I still got my order in 5 days. It AMAZING. Because of this it deserves 10 stars in my book.

I ordered about 7 swimsuits from this company and they came just perfectly. I just didn’t dig in them because their bottoms are rather large and I am unusually skinny. No problem. When I attempted to return these suits, they would not let me. In fact they made me pick out ten more suits off their websites for compensation. I truly just wanted my money back and to return the suits. Although their efforts were nice, it was still poor customer service because I felt like what’s the point of me picking out ten more when I know none will fit me anyway, right? I told them that. They STILL would not allow me to return them. Like I said, I’m neutral. The efforts were there, but my requests were not met- and it’s not like they were difficult requests at all. I wouldn’t recommend this company, but I also would not tell others to turn away for them. Just know what you might get yourself into when choosing to purchase from their brand.
