Returns are a nightmare – Cupshe - Clothing & Swimsuit Review

I ordered a size medium and am usually a small in most suits. It was so tight it hurt. The sizing in this suit was way off. It took me two weeks to process a return. I received no confirmation email after placing my order and was unable to track my expedited shipping. I also did not receive a packing slip with my order. They continually told me they could not find my order, and I was unable to provide an order number, therefore, I could not return it. I said I would dispute the charge through PayPal (how I paid) then they very quickly found my order, after multiple messages of “I’m sorry, we show no record of your order.” They only replied to my initial email return request by saying “We will send an email with directions” but never did. I emailed them twice and still nothing but recognition and a promise to send an email with return directions, which I never received. After several days, I realized that if I downloaded the app, I could see they were messaging me through the app. Every time (5 times to be exact) they said my app/account log in dis not work and required me to reset it. I loved the suit...it was just too small. Had planned exchange it but after all this trouble, I will take my money elsewhere. So frustrating. I told several friends about my frustrations and they too experienced the “run around” with returns. I would pay double the price to not have the stress. Take your money elsewhere.
