Great app if you just want to window shop I suppose, but there are no "payment options" it just goes to a blank white page. Pointless to have a shopping app if I can't actually buy anything.

Since they made a new app and deleted the other one I have. It been able to log I. Save any of my favorites or log in to buy anything it's very frustrating and makes me not want to buy from them anymore. Other then that I do love there clothes and bathing suits and they are good quality.

I've been seeing advertisements for this website/app and was obviously skeptical because all the positive reviews were just absolutely blown away saying the quality was excellent for such a low price. But honestly, it's true! I ordered my first swimsuit from Cupshe and I really do love it. The material is good, it looks just like the picture and it fits really well! I'm seriously surprised.

I ordered two swimsuits 13 days ago, paid for 6 day shipping. Still haven't received the suits, and have called and emailed multiple times with no response. Very disappointed. Feeling like I've been scammed, honestly. My next step is contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Cupshe is huge scam, and their App is terrible: beware of what you buy. I just tried to return some suits I bought from Cupshe, and instead of refunding my order (an option they seem to offer under their return policy when stating "refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account"), they offered me an 80% coupon which must be used within 60 days. I am extremely upset with the fit and quality of these suits and hope customer service contacts me to resolve this issue. Order #1247675

Cupshe says if you have any questions to email them but when you do you will never get a response back unless you complain online about them. i ordered a swimsuit and paid for the standard shipping (6 days) and it never came. If you ask me this company is completely unreliable.

Cupshe is a great online store for swimsuits. The only complaint I have is I wish they had smaller sizes for petite women. For example when I first brought a cupshe swimsuit I got a small it didn't fit me. I would recommend they get extra small since they have extra large.

Terrible customer service. I attempted a return and had to try a dozen times before getting a response months later. Then they wouldn't let me return for a full refund.
