App functionality not very good

I haven’t ordered anything yet because I can’t figure out how to delete items from my cart. The filters are also very limited - there are so many suits to look through and no way to select filters such as color (for example). I’ll update my review once (and if I ever get to) order.
Poor customer service

I tried contacting someone last Wednesday. It's almost a week. It's been longer then the 72 hours they said someone would get in touch with me and I have no way of knowing if my suit is coming or not. I also paid extra to get it faster and nothing. Very poor customer service. I may have lost my money now because don't know if the bathing suit is still coming. :( this is absolutely ridiculous will not be ordering from here again.

I purchased three swim suits in March and didn't get the chance to try them on until right before I left for my wedding in May (planning a destination wedding and all) and emailed the company about two of the swim suits not fitting well. They provided me with two options, one of which I chose as a refund option. As a reply to my acceptance of their refund option that they sent me, their email said they were no longer offering me the refund. Yes, this is AFTER they said they would work with me. So now I have two brand new, never worn suits that I don't know what to do with. Only one swim suit fit my large chest. Just be aware that after you give this company money, they will not work with you if you have any problems. Not happy. Will be purchasing swim suits elsewhere.

So far, I have bought 6 swimmies from them and they look amazing! Didn’t regret buying those. Hope they restock more coz’ some styles that I like and want, are always out of stock, I keep coming back to the app and website but still no change. But above all that sadness of mine, this shop is ahhhmazing! I will totally recommend this to my friends.

I ordered three bathing suits from them, totally unsure if any would fit. Two out of three fit perfectly and I couldn’t love them anymore than I do. The quality of the bathing suits are amazing, and the fit is pretty true to size. My swimsuits are so comfortable and I got a ton of compliments on them. When it came to returning my third one the customer service was more than exceptional in handling the matter with me and I walked away extremely happy! I will definitely get bathing suits from here again!

I recently purchased two bathing suits. One fit perfectly and the other was too small. I emailed customer service to make a return and they easily gave me a coupon code to purchase a size up. I even got to keep the item that was too small. The one I purchased with the coupon is not refundable, but hoping it will fit. Not bad quality for the price!

Hi, I’m going to be 100% honest with you. But, I love this app so much, you can get so many beautiful swimming suits or bikinis in such a great quality and great price. The app is super easy to use and, so far I haven’t found any bugs yet. This app gives you plenty of sales on bikinis, so its a good chance that your favorite bikini would be on sale :) Also, their emailing gives you plenty of updates and offers. I think this app deserves a 5 star rating, and I would totally recommend showing this to a family member or friend❤️
