the app itself is set up great! a few bugs need to be fixed though. for example about every third time i log on my face id won’t work and i have to manually enter my password :(


Keeps kicking me out

I've been trying to check my balance for 2 days. It keeps saying my session has expired legitimately seconds after I sign in. No matter how many times I re-sign in, I have the same issue. It makes the app unusable

I’ve been using this app for some time now and it is still very buggy. The Face ID login works on and off and at times quits working altogether. Currently I am have to type my password to get into the app. Other times I am randomly asked to register my mobile device and when I enter my mobile number, I get a message telling me that it is already registered and then I cannot proceed. As for features, it is a minimum viable product at best. CTBI should look at USAA’s mobile banking app to see the possibilities. USAA has definitely set a high standard for what can be done with a good mobile banking app.

I have been very unhappy with this app. It only works half the time. Then when I call in to have them “fix” other issue they tell me it’s fixed buts that’s been over a week ago and still the same problem I can’t register my phone number and I’ve been using the same phone number with this app for as long as I’ve had the app. It’s time for an upgrade a big upgrade

This app is so basic and FULL of bugs. It won’t stay logged in. The Touch ID rarely works and there are no special advantages compared to other banks/banking apps. This world runs on technology. It’s not convenient having all of your funds in a bank that doesn’t utilize technology to the best of its ability.

This app is always messing up, not letting me login, just glitching altogether, logging me out while I’m into the app. Overall bad.

The app is so bad I’m going to switch banks to someone with a modern working mobile app. App constantly crashes, Face ID works only about 50% of the time, app constantly locks me out of my account for using an “invalid user id or password”.

Absolutely horrendous. Face ID used to work. Then it forces me to answer security questions over and over again. Just for me to get access to my account. Then I get kicked out because I’m not authorized to be in my account. Please fix this trash app.

This app is complete trash. Half the time you can’t even log in. Currently it’s immediately logging me out the second I log in. It’s useless and a waste of space on my phone.

Face ID does work most of the time. It does not save my user ID. I have to verify my device through text and then it logs me out instantly.
