Very low functioning and buggy app – CTBI Mobile Review

I’ve been using this app for some time now and it is still very buggy. The Face ID login works on and off and at times quits working altogether. Currently I am have to type my password to get into the app. Other times I am randomly asked to register my mobile device and when I enter my mobile number, I get a message telling me that it is already registered and then I cannot proceed. As for features, it is a minimum viable product at best. CTBI should look at USAA’s mobile banking app to see the possibilities. USAA has definitely set a high standard for what can be done with a good mobile banking app.
