Never had a problem with it and it scans tickets all the time. Easier than checking tickets manually.

loads but doesn't work the scanner won't load and all you see is "error on page" even tried a reboot of my phone, this isn't rocket science but looks like you need a rocket scientist to make it work

The app would be 5 stars if you showed what was won - suggestion offer for .99c and show the winning amount.
Not working after last upgrade

The Scan Ticket function does not work any more it states that the device is not yet registered. Also to send an email to support does not work as well on the iPhone. The submission form says to enter code to submit form but no code is available. Before upgrade the app was very good. Please fix
Scan function no longer works

This used to be a great app-I used the scan function all the time to check my tickets. After the last update I just get a message now that says "device is not registered" when I open Scan Tickets. This app is pretty much worthless without the scan feature. If it will not be fixed I will no longer be using this app.
